Limited Warranty

Defects in materials and workmanship present at the time of original delivery will be repaired or, at Jostens discretion, the product will be replaced at no charge if the repairs cannot be made.

Damaged simulated birthstones will be replaced (genuine stones and diamonds are not covered).

Jostens will resize and restore the original finish on your ring. If the ring is damaged or worn beyond satisfaction, it may be exchanged for a ring of same or similar design and of comparable value at Jostens current remake charge.

Should your year of graduation change or you change schools before your year of graduation, Jostens will exchange your ring at no charge for a ring of similar design ( if possible) and comparable value.

Jostens Limited Warranty is void if any work is performed on the ring by anyone other than Jostens. You are responsible for delivery of the ring to the Jostens Warranty Service Center or authorized representative.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Jostens reserves the right to substitute a comparable product in the event the original product is not available.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF JOSTENS CANNOT DISCLAIM OR EXCLUDE IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THEN TO THE EXTENT POSSIBLE ANY CLAIMS UNDER ANY SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL EXPIRE ON EXPIRATION OF THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
