Can I return, change or cancel my order?
Your printed order begins processing automatically after it is submitted. No edits or refunds will be accepted after that point.
If, upon receipt, you are not satisfied due to quality issues, an error on our part, or damage during shipping, then we will replace your item as quickly as possible at no additional charge. If you prefer a refund, contact us to coordinate shipment back to our facility. Refunds for a damaged or flawed item include shipping charges. Any damage must be reported within seven days of delivery. No allowances or credits will be given after this period.
Because each order is custom printed on a per order basis, returns will not be accepted for instances outside of what is mentioned above.
Once we receive your return for refund, it will be processed within 2-3 business days. After the return has been processed, you will receive credit back to the credit card used to make the purchase within 3-5 business days.
What if I don't like my order?
If you are not happy with the order you have received, please let us know. Contact us Monday through Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. CT. We strive to answer emails within 24 hours.
